Acceptance

By using this website or playing the game hosted on it, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.

Your licence to play

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to play the game for your own entertainment. That licence does not include the right to:

• copy, host, mirror or redistribute the game or its files;
• embed the game on another website without written permission;
• modify, decompile or reverse engineer any part of it beyond what applicable law expressly permits;
• sell access to it, or bundle it into a paid product.

Acceptable use

You agree not to interfere with the operation of the site, attempt to gain access to systems or accounts you are not authorised to use, run automated tools that place an unreasonable load on our servers, or use the site for anything unlawful.

Intellectual property

The game, its code, artwork, written guides and the Madalin Stunt Cars name and marks are owned by us or used with permission, and are protected by copyright and other laws. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership of anything to you.

Any third-party names mentioned in our written guides belong to their respective owners and are used only for description and comparison.

Availability

We aim to keep the site online but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. The game may be updated, changed or withdrawn at any time without notice, and features described in guides may change as the game develops.

No warranty

The site and the game are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Your use of them is at your own risk.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of the site or the game, including loss of data or device issues. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Where we link to third-party sites, we do so for convenience. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.

Governing law and changes

These terms are governed by the laws applicable in the operator's place of business. We may update them from time to time; the version on this page is always the one in force, and continued use of the site after a change means you accept it.
