We respect the intellectual property of others and expect users of this site to do the same. All original code, artwork and writing on this site is our own or used with permission.

Filing a notice

If you believe material on this site infringes a copyright you own or control, send a written notice to hello@madalinstuntcars.io including:

• your contact details;
• identification of the work you say has been infringed;
• the exact URL on this site where the material appears;
• a statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent or the law;
• a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorised to act for the owner;
• your physical or electronic signature.

What happens next

Valid notices are acted on promptly. We will remove or disable access to the material in question and make a reasonable attempt to notify whoever posted it. Repeat infringers lose access to any services we operate.

Counter notices

If you believe your material was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter notice to the same address with your contact details, identification of the removed material and its previous location, and a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe in good faith it was removed in error.

A note on misuse

Filing a knowingly false notice can carry legal consequences. If you are unsure whether the material is infringing, seek legal advice before sending one.
