Privacy policy

What we collect

We have deliberately kept this short, because the site collects very little.

• Nothing to play. The game requires no account, no email address and no personal details. You can play without identifying yourself in any way.
• Standard server logs. Like nearly every website, our host records requests: IP address, browser type, referring page and timestamp. These are used for security and to understand traffic volume.
• Messages you send us. If you write to us, we keep your message and address so we can reply.

What stays in your browser

Your score, selected car and challenge progress exist only in the memory of the page you have open. Refresh and they are gone. Nothing about your play is transmitted to us or stored on our servers.

Cookies and similar technology

We do not set advertising or tracking cookies ourselves. Third-party services we use — such as web fonts, analytics or any advertising partner — may set their own. See the cookie policy for the detail and for how to refuse them.

Third parties

The site loads fonts from Google Fonts and the 3D library from a public content delivery network. When your browser requests those files, the provider receives your IP address as a normal part of serving the request. We have no other relationship with them on your behalf.

If advertising is served on this site, the advertising partner may use cookies or device identifiers to select and measure ads. Where required, a consent notice will be shown before any such technology is used.

Children

The game contains no violence, chat or user-generated content, and is suitable for general audiences. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, write to hello@madalinstuntcars.io and we will delete it.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request a copy of any personal data we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, or object to its processing. Since we hold almost nothing, most requests are answered quickly. Write to hello@madalinstuntcars.io.

Security and retention

Server logs are retained for a limited period and then discarded. Correspondence is kept only as long as needed to deal with the matter it concerns. We take reasonable technical measures to protect what we hold, while recognising that no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new date at the top. Material changes will be highlighted on the home page.
