Where Every One of the Twelve Rings Is

Find all twelve floating rings in Madalin Stunt Cars with a location-by-location route through the arena.

Where Every One of the Twelve Rings Is

Twelve rings hang in the air around the arena. Each one is worth four hundred points, and collecting all of them completes one of the four challenges for a further twenty-five hundred. They are not hidden — every one sits on the flight path of a jump — but a few need a very specific launch.

Rings show on the minimap as amber dots, and they disappear from the map once collected. If you lose track, that is the place to look.

The easy six

Rings 1 and 2 — the loop run

One sits low on the approach road to the loop, the other just past the loop exit. Drive the loop properly and you collect both without aiming. If you are only after the rings, you can drive under the second one without going over the top.

Rings 3 and 4 — the mega ramp

Both sit in the flight path off the big west launcher, at roughly thirty-four and forty-one metres up. Hit the ramp at full speed with nitro and you will fly straight through both. Enter slow and you pass underneath them.

Rings 5 and 6 — the quarter pipes

One above each pipe on the east side. Take a pipe at speed, go vertical, and the ring is at the top of your arc. These are the two that reward a proper pipe shuttle run, so you tend to get them while chaining.

The four that need a specific ramp

Rings 9 and 10 — the floating platforms

These sit in the gaps between the stepped platforms on the east side, at twenty-five and thirty-three metres. You have to be running the platform chain to reach them — take the ramp up at the near end and jump each gap in sequence. Approach the chain from the side and you will be too low.

Rings 11 and 12 — the half pipe

One above each wall of the icy half pipe on the south side. Ride up one wall, collect, drop back down, cross, ride up the other. Both sit at twenty-six metres, which is just above the lip, so you need to arrive at the wall with real speed rather than rolling into it.

Common miss

The half pipe walls are slippery on purpose. Do not brake on the way up — you will stall halfway and slide back down without touching the ring.

The two that need the tower

Rings 7 and 8 are the ones that stop most collection runs. They sit at eighty-two and ninety metres, north of the spiral tower, and the only way to reach them is off the launch ramp at the top of the spiral.

Getting there takes patience. The spiral entry is at ground level on the east side of the tower base — a short marked road pointing into the first turn. Climb the whole spiral without dropping off the side, which means keeping steady moderate speed rather than flooring it. At the top you exit onto a platform heading north, straight onto the launch ramp.

Come off that ramp with nitro and you will fly through both rings on the way down. Come off slowly and you will fall short of the second one. If you miss, the fastest reset is R — there is a respawn pad at the foot of the tower.

A route that collects all twelve

  1. Start at the loop. Take it flat out, collect rings 1 and 2.
  2. Head west to the mega ramp, full nitro, collect 3 and 4 on the way over the gap.
  3. Cross to the east side pipes, shuttle between them for 5 and 6, and build your multiplier while you are there.
  4. Continue south-east to the platform chain, run it end to end for 9 and 10.
  5. Drop south to the half pipe, one wall then the other, for 11 and 12.
  6. Finish at the spiral tower for 7 and 8, which is the longest single leg and best saved for last.

Done cleanly, the whole route takes about four minutes and is worth roughly ten thousand points on the rings alone — considerably more if you keep the chain alive between them.

Go and try it

Reading about the loop is not the same as arriving at it at 190 km/h.
